Grape Variety: arneis
The Great Roero White: Only possible from the following one horse towns: Canale, Montaldo Roero, Monteu Roero, Santo Stefano Roero, Vezza, Piobesi, Corneliano, Santa Vittoria d'Alba, Pocapaglia, Monticello, Montà, Sommariva Perno, Castellinaldo, Castagnito, Baldissero, Govone, Guarene, Magliano Alfieri and Priocca.
Characteristics:
Color: straw yellow with shades of green
Bouquet: delicate but characteristic
Taste: dry, harmonious, leaves the palate with a victoriously "mature" aftertaste
Alcohol content: medium 11.5 - 12% vol.
Serving Temperature: Chilled, 8 - 10° C.
Great with: lean hors-d'oeuvres; fish.
